Paratha
Paratha is a flat bread that originated in Indian Subcontinent. Parathas are often made for breakfast, lunch, dinner or tiffin boxes. Parathas are made of different varieties like plain paratha, stuffed or spiced paratha and many more. I usually make parathas when we have a rich gravy dish for dinner. Sometimes we like having parathas with pickle or chutneys of different types. Parathas go well with and dry or gravy vegetable, pickle, chutney or you can have it with butter or ghee. Today I am sharing a simple recipe of Spiced Paratha or we can also name it as Spicy Paratha. I made these parathas with Kadai Paneer and it was heavenly delicious in taste., everyone in my family loved the combination.
