Gobhi Paratha is another popular paratha from Punjab along with Aaloo Paratha, Paneer Paratha, Onion Paratha etc. Gobhi Paratha is often made for breakfast at Punjabi Homes as well as served at Punjabi Dhabas. This Gobhi or Cauliflower grows in Punjab. This vegetable is enjoyed by people of all ages and is specially at most celebrations and gatherings. For this recipe Gobhi Paratha, it is combined with onion, a bit or ginger and garlic and some common spices and is used as a stuffing for parathas. Paratha is a flat bread that originated in Indian Subcontinent. Parathas are often made for breakfast, lunch, dinner or tiffin boxes. Parathas are made of different varieties like plain paratha, stuffed or spiced paratha and many more. I usually make parathas when we have a rich gravy dish for dinner. Sometimes we like having parathas with pickle or chutneys of different types. Parathas go well with and dry or gravy vegetable, pickle, chutney or you can have it with butter or ghee. Today I am sharing a simple recipe of Spiced Paratha or we can also name it as Spicy Paratha. I made these parathas with Kadai Paneer and it was heavenly delicious in taste., everyone in my family loved the combination. I made these Ajwain Parathas for the very first time and they turned out amazing and very tasty. These parathas are very easy to make and can be eaten up with any vegetable, dal, chutney of your choice or pickle. You can serve these parathas to your guests as well.
