Noodlessssssssss Though they are kids, youngsters or some elders....everyone loves noodles.... Today I am sharing a yummy Rice Noodle recipe with you all. I first time tasted these Flat Noodles at El Paso, Texas and those yummy noodles were prepared by my husband. The recipe I am sharing with you all is my Husband's recipe, I love the way he makes these rice noodles and I am sure that you all will love it too. This is a unique style of preparing these noodles with crushed peanuts, apple and mix veggies and some common Chinese sauces. A spicy taste gives you an amazing change to the regular taste of noodles the we commonly get to eat in restaurants. Shev  Bhaji or Sev Bhaji is a very popular Maharastrian recipe. Sev Bhaji is cooked in rassa or broth which is quite spicy. In Gujarat this recipe is known as Sev Tameta Nu Shak.  Its a popular and spicy dish from Khandesh region of Maharashtra. But from this region specifically it  is Jalgaon that gave us this ultimate Shev Bhaji. It is a common preparation among the folks in Khandesh.  Shev Bhaji is perfect for when you want a change from routine veggies. Normally you find Shev Bhaji Masala readily available in markets, but I am sharing an authentic masala preparation for this yummy delightful Shev Bhaji.
