Tawa Pulao
Tawa Pulao is one of the famous street foods in Mumbai. Its like a fusion of Pav Bhaji and Fried Rice into a single dish. This dish can become a quick treat for your guests. The street vendors use a huge tawa to prepare this dish. This is a quick recipe if you have a left over rice. Tawa Pulao goes best with yogurt, raita or onion lemon salad or any pickle of your choice. Tawa Pulao Ingredients 2 cups of basmati rice (long grain rice) 1 large capsicum (green bell pepper) 1 large onion 1 large tomato 1 medium sized carrot Half cup peas 1 boiled potato 3-4 cauliflower florets 4-5 tsp coriander leaves. 2-3 tsp pav bhaji masala 1 tsp clarified butter (ghee) 2 tsp butter Recipe Wash rice nicely.
