Aaloo......Potatoes....This is a veggie that can be experimented any time. Though potatoes are full of fats but at the same they are very tasty and we can make lot of varied recipes out of it. Today I am sharing a very yummy crispy and tasty Aaloo Tikki recipe with you all. You can make these Tikkis at home anytime and enjoy with your family and friends. Even kids love this dish as it is less spicy. You can make these Tikkis 100% oil free as well if you use a non-stick pan for making them. You can serve these Tikkis for breakfast, as tea time snack, evening snack or simply anytime you want. Serve these Tikkis with Tomato Ketchup or garnish with Spicy and Sweet Chutney as chaat. Dahi Vada

Dahi Vada is a dish made up with fried urad dal (black gram) dumplings dipped in sweet and sour yogurt topped with spices. Its a kind of chaat and is very popular dish in India. Dahi Vada is also known as Dahi Bhalla in Punjabi. Before serving these vadas, they are soaked in water or buttermilk for half an hour at least. Experience bliss in every bite of this recipe. Dahi Vada Ingredients 2 cups urad dal (split black gram - skin less) Half inch ginger 2-3 green chillies 2-3 pinches of baking soda 2 cups of yogurt or curd 1 small cup red chili powder 1 smal cup cumin powder 1 small cup chaat masala 1 small cup coriander powder Sugar as per taste Half cup tamarind pulp 1 cup coriander leaves 2 cups butter milk Salt as per taste Oil for frying Recipe Soak urad dal for 4-5 hours. Sev Batata Puri

Today sharing a chatpati chaat recipe. Simple and very easy to make at home. Shev Batata Puri is a snack loved by kids and adults just the same. Anytime you feel like having chaat you can make it and enjoy. Sev Batata Puri Ingredients  10-15 puris 1 small cup green chutney 3-4 potatoes boiled 1 onion finely chopped 3-4 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves 1 small cup sweet chutney 2 tsp red chili powder 1 cup sev Salt as per taste  2 tsp chaat masala Recipe Arrange puris in a plate. Make small holes into it. Keep them aside. Mash potatoes in a bowl add red chilli powder and chaat masala as per your taste and mix well. Stuff the potato stuffing in the puris add green chutney and sweet chutney. Add chopped onions and garnish with sev and coriander leaves. Sprinkle red chili powder and serve immediately.
