Til Chutney

Til...Sesame seeds Just a little bit of til is enough to elevate the aroma and flavor of any dish, so you can imagine just how tempting this Til Chutney would be. Made with combination of Sesame seeds, Chili, Cumin seeds and Curd. This chutney will increase the appeal of any dish it is served with to an irresistible level. Til Chutney is a very easy and very tasty chutney that goes well with Cutlets, Kebabs, Parathas or Pakoras. Til Chutney Ingredients 1 cup til (Sesame Seeds) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies 2 tsp curd Salt as per taste Water Recipe Take sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, curd, cumin seeds in a grinding jar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and season with salt and grind it again. Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve.

Dahi Vada is a dish made up with fried urad dal (black gram) dumplings dipped in sweet and sour yogurt topped with spices. Its a kind of chaat and is very popular dish in India. Summer season is Mango season. Today I'm sharing a yummy mango drink with you all. I hope this drink will soothe you this summer and you will enjoy it with your family and friends. Mango Banana Smoothie  Ingredients   2 mangoes  2-3 bananas 5-6 Ice cubes Sugar (if needed) 2-3 saffron strands Recipe Peel mangoes and bananas. Chop and put them in a blender. Add ice cubes, add saffron strands. Blend them all together till you get smooth texture of the mixture. Add sugar if needed. Pour the mixture in a glass.
