Potato Croquets Ingredients 3-4 boiled potatoes Half cup carrot shredded Half cup boiled peas 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 cup bread crumbs or semolina 1 tsp green chili paste Half cup mozzarella or processed cheese 1 tsp black pepper powder Salt as per taste Oil for frying Recipe Take potatoes, shredded carrot and boiled peas in a mixing bowl and mash them nicely mixing together.
