Urad Dal batter is generally associated with the South Indian Vada, but here I am sharing a Pakoda Recipe made with urad dal batter and it tastes amazingly yummy. Til Chutney

Til...Sesame seeds Just a little bit of til is enough to elevate the aroma and flavor of any dish, so you can imagine just how tempting this Til Chutney would be. Made with combination of Sesame seeds, Chili, Cumin seeds and Curd. This chutney will increase the appeal of any dish it is served with to an irresistible level. Til Chutney is a very easy and very tasty chutney that goes well with Cutlets, Kebabs, Parathas or Pakoras. Til Chutney Ingredients 1 cup til (Sesame Seeds) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies 2 tsp curd Salt as per taste Water Recipe Take sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, curd, cumin seeds in a grinding jar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and season with salt and grind it again. Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve.

Almond Milk or Badam Doodh is a sweet beverage drink from the Mughlai Cuisine. This is really delicious drink. This Almond Milk can be had hot or cold. In winters you can have it hot and in summers you can have it chilled. A healthy, tasty and nutritious almond flavored beverage drink prepared with full cream milk and almonds.
