Fasting is one of the major traditions followed in India. Some people fast occasionally or on weekday basis etc. The major issue arises in mind is what to eat on a fasting day. We usually find Sabudana Khichdi or Sabudana Vada as an option or we have Sabudana kheer, buttermilk etc for fasting. Today I am sharing a simple yummy Batata Vada recipe that we can have on a fasting day. A simple and very easy to make deep fried vadas on a fasting day will give you an amazingly different taste than having a regular fasting food. These deep fried vadas can be enjoyed with chilled curd, fried chili or yogurt chili chutney. Aaloo Bonda Rassa is one of street food dish commonly known as batata vada in some regions of India. In India, Aaloo bonda is eaten with rassa (a spicy gravy). It is a very famous and beloved dish. A spicy dish you can have it for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. It is one of one-meal dish which you can have any time and enjoy with your friends and family.
