Besan Chila is one of the easiest recipe to make for breakfast or as an evening snack. This can also be one of the best and healthy options to serve it to your kids. You can take these Chilas in your lunch box too. If you are using a non stick skillet for making these Chilas so you can simply make them oil free for diet cautious people ;) Besan Chila is healthy, yummy soft dosa mildly spiced. Besan Chila Ingredients 2 cups besan (gram flour) 1 cup semolina 1 tsp red chili powder Half tsp turmeric powder 2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp carom seeds (ajwain) Salt as per taste 2-3 cups water Oil Recipe Take besan and semolina in a mixing bowl.
