Be it a wholesome crispy dosa or a little white fluffy idli, none of them are complete without the coconut chutney; here is a new version of the Coconut Chutney with Roasted Chana Dal recipe. This South-Indian chutney recipe will have you licking your fingers clean even after wiping every bit of it from your plate. With a gritty twist of chana dal, this coconut chutney will break the monotony and will enhance the flavor and aroma of your regular coconut chutney. This is the easiest chutney that I make regularly. I love it more than the regular Coconut Chutney we make with Idli or Dosa. You can enjoy this chutney with pakoras or parathas too. Coconut Chana Dal Chutney Ingredients Half cup fresh grated coconut Half cup roasted chana dal (Dalya) 4-5 green chilies Salt to taste Handful of coriander leaves Recipe Take all the ingredients in a grinding jar. Til...Sesame seeds Just a little bit of til is enough to elevate the aroma and flavor of any dish, so you can imagine just how tempting this Til Chutney would be. Made with combination of Sesame seeds, Chili, Cumin seeds and Curd. This chutney will increase the appeal of any dish it is served with to an irresistible level. Til Chutney is a very easy and very tasty chutney that goes well with Cutlets, Kebabs, Parathas or Pakoras. Til Chutney Ingredients 1 cup til (Sesame Seeds) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies 2 tsp curd Salt as per taste Water Recipe Take sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, curd, cumin seeds in a grinding jar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and season with salt and grind it again. Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve.

Peanut Chutney Ingredients 1 cup peanuts 3-4 green chilies 1 handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2-3 tsp yogurt Salt as per taste Water as needed Recipe Grind all the ingredients peanuts, chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, yogurt, salt and little water all together to a smooth paste.
