Kathi Roll is originated from the streets of Kolkata, India and were made of grilled meat kebabs rolled in paratha. But we all being vegetarian, today I am sharing a vegetarian recipe of Kathi Roll. This Mix Veg Kathi Roll is nothing but tongue tickling spicy mix of veggies wrapped in chapati or paratha. We can make variety of stuffings for making kathi rolls. Pizza Rounds

Pizza is a most yummy and a most loved Italian cuisine. We can make pizza at home or we can place an order to the restaurants and get the pizza delivered at home. We try to find ways to make this pizza at home so we can make our family members happy and especially kids at our home. Today I am trying a simplest recipe of making pizza at home at anytime. Today's recipe is Pizza Rounds that we can make at home easily and serve it as an appetizer also as tea time snack or evening snack. Even kids will love these Pizza Rounds. Do give this recipe a try and I am 100% sure you all will love this recipe a lot. Pizza Rounds Ingredients 15-20 tortilla chips 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese 1 onion finely chopped 1 cup mixed colored bell peppers finely chopped 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp black pepper powder 1 cup pizza sauce Recipe Arrange tortilla chips in a plate. Apply little pizza sauce over them. Top tortilla chips with onions and bell peppers. 

Strawberry Shake

A healthy start to morning or enjoying the beautiful evenings or having a dessert....what could be the best option that is loved and enjoyed by kids too??? The answer is STRAWBERRY SHAKE. The fresh pink and a tangy flavored strawberries blended with milk into a creamy textured drink topped with ice-cream is heavenly delicious. Give this drink a try and enjoy making it at home and spend a quality time with your family and friends. Strawberry Shake Ingredients 1 cup fresh strawberries 2 cups milk 6 strawberry ice cream scoops Sugar (If needed) Recipe Take starberries, milk and 4 scoops of ice cream in a grinding jar. Blend all the ingredients smooth. Pour the blended smooth and creamy shake in tall glasses. Top it with a scoop of ice cream and garnish with strawberries and serve chilled. *Note - Add sugar if needed. You can also skip sugar by using honey 🍯 

Potato Fingers

Potatoes.....Again a yummy for your tummy recipe for you all. POTATO FINGERS!!!!! We all love to eat fries....but fries are deep fried potato fingers... The recipe I am sharing with you can be called as a shallow fried version of French Fries.... Potato Fingers. The Fingers are easy to make and can be made in just 10-15 minutes time. You can serve these fingers as an evening snack or tea time snack and also kids will love it. This recipe is shallow fried so it consumes less oil. Do give this recipe a try and I am 100% sure you all will love it. Potato Fingers Ingredients 3-4 medium sized potatoes 2-3 tsp oil Salt as per taste Recipe Wash and peel off potatoes and cut them into long wedges. Heat oil in a pan and add potatoes into it and season with salt as per taste. Mix well and cover the pan with lid.  Cook on a medium heat. Keep stirring in between. Cook the wedges nicely and switch off the flame. Take out the Potato Fingers drain the excess

Zunka

Zunka is an authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. This dish is actually originated from Maharashtrian Villages. A most loved and regular food that our Indian Farmers love to eat after their hard work. This Zunka is really easy to make and a most delicious dish that can be made using Gram Flour and  onions with some simple spices that we easily find in our kitchen. Zunka is a dry version of Maharashtrian Pithla that I have shared earlier. This Zunka goes best with Bhakri (Jowar or Bajra Roti). These two items goes best together and always paired together as Zunka Bhakar. People who have never tasted it must try this and I am very sure that you all will love to have it more often.
