Palak Paneer is a creamy spinach dish that we can have with roti, naan, paratha, steamed rice or mix vegetable pulao. It is a dish consisting of paneer in a thick paste made from pureed from spinach. Its a healthy nutritious dish from North India. Enjoy this restaurant style recipe of Palak Paneer. Palak Paneer Ingredients 250 gms of spinach Leaves 2-3 garlic cloves Half inch ginger 200 gms of paneer Half tsp black pepper powder 1 onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped Half tsp turmeric powder Half tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp butter/oil 1 bay leaf 1-2 tsp yogurt Water to boil spinach leaves Salt as per taste Recipe Take enough water to boil spinach leaves. Let the water boil for 1-2 minutes then add spinach leaves to it. Let the leaves boil nicely then remove the leaves from the hot water and transfer them to cold water.
