Palak Paneer Ingredients 250 gms of spinach Leaves 2-3 garlic cloves Half inch ginger 200 gms of paneer Half tsp black pepper powder 1 onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped Half tsp turmeric powder Half tsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp cumin powder 2 tsp butter/oil 1 bay leaf 1-2 tsp yogurt Water to boil spinach leaves Salt as per taste Recipe Take enough water to boil spinach leaves.
