Syrian Salad

Syrian Salad....loaded with yummy crunchy lemony veggies tossed in olive oil. People who wish to maintain their health and stay fit so this salad can be one of the best option to eat. Even you can have this salad as your morning breakfast. Serve the bowl of salad to your guest before meal as an appetizer too. Enjoy this easy to make salad at your home. Syrian Salad Ingredients 150 gms of lettuce 1 large tomato 2-3 green onions 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2-3 red radish 8-10 leaves of baby spinach  Parsley 1 lemon  1-2 tsp olive oil Recipe Roughly chop lettuce, tomato and onion. Slice red radish, carrot and cucumber. Chop parsley or simply pluck leaves and keep aside. Slice bell peppers lengthwise. Take a large bowl and all the chopped veggies to it. Squeeze lemon juice over it and spread olive oil and toss the salad well. Refrigerate the salad for half an hour and serve.

Noodlessssss.... We get to eat a variety of noodles in restaurants, but the question arises how to make them at home. In all these varied noodles that we get to eat, there is an unique type of noodle that is Udon Noodles. These noodles are already cooked and packed in an air tight packaging. You can cut the packet and use it directly. Also if you wish to add them to hot water that can also be done. Today I am sharing a yummy spicy Stir Fried recipe of these Udon Noodles. This dish is easy to make and can be made for brunch, lunch and dinner. Also kids will love it, just you need make it less spicy for them ;) Enjoy making these noodles at home and enjoy with your family and friends. We usually get to see varied dishes made of spinach. Today I am sharing a different recipe with you all Matar Palak. This is combination of boiled green peas and fresh green spinach. This buttery recipe is very easy to make at home. We can use unsalted butter or olive oil for making this dish to make it more healthier. This dish tastes best with Roti, Naan, Paratha, Steamed rice, Jeera Rice or Pulao. This being a different dish, it can be served to your guests when you host a party. Pastaaaaaaa The most loved Italian dish after Pizza. Penne pasta is one of the pasta types that we find in market and restaurants. We find this yummy dish in restaurants. But we can make this yummy tender soft pasta at home and can enjoy with our family and friends. We can have this dish for brunch, lunch or dinner. This is an easy to make dish and also loved by kids. Penne Pasta in Red Sauce Ingredients 200 gms of penne pasta 3 large tomatoes 1 green bell pepper 1 onion 2 green chilies 2 tsp fresh finely chopped parsley 1 tsp black pepper 1 small cup grated mozzarella cheese 2 tsp olive oil 1 tsp sugar Salt as per taste Recipe Grind tomatoes and green chili to a smooth paste. Chop onion and green bell pepper into cubes and keep it aside. Start boiling pasta as per instructions given over the packet. Heat oil in a pan and add onions and bell peppers to it and mix well. Now add grounded tomato paste to it and cook till the oil separates.
