Syrian Salad

Syrian Salad....loaded with yummy crunchy lemony veggies tossed in olive oil. People who wish to maintain their health and stay fit so this salad can be one of the best option to eat. Even you can have this salad as your morning breakfast. Serve the bowl of salad to your guest before meal as an appetizer too. Enjoy this easy to make salad at your home. Syrian Salad Ingredients 150 gms of lettuce 1 large tomato 2-3 green onions 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2-3 red radish 8-10 leaves of baby spinach  Parsley 1 lemon  1-2 tsp olive oil Recipe Roughly chop lettuce, tomato and onion. Slice red radish, carrot and cucumber. Chop parsley or simply pluck leaves and keep aside. Slice bell peppers lengthwise. Take a large bowl and all the chopped veggies to it. Squeeze lemon juice over it and spread olive oil and toss the salad well. Refrigerate the salad for half an hour and serve....

In all these varied noodles that we get to eat, there is an unique type of noodle that is Udon Noodles. These noodles are already cooked and packed in an air tight packaging. You can cut the packet and use it directly. Also if you wish to add them to hot water that can also be done. Today I am sharing a yummy spicy Stir Fried recipe of these Udon Noodles. This dish is easy to make and can be made for brunch, lunch and dinner.
