Potato Croquets is one of the easiest recipes to make when you have kids around, also as an evening snack or also you can serve it as an appetizer before lunch or dinners to your guests.  This can be one of the best options to have at pool parties.  It takes just a little effort to make these yummy Potato Croquets. Potato Croquets Ingredients 3-4 boiled potatoes Half cup carrot shredded Half cup boiled peas 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 cup bread crumbs or semolina 1 tsp green chili paste Half cup mozzarella or processed cheese 1 tsp black pepper powder Salt as per taste Oil for frying Recipe Take potatoes, shredded carrot and boiled peas in a mixing bowl and mash them nicely mixing together. Add ginger garlic paste, half of the bread crumbs, green chili paste, black pepper powder, salt as per taste and cheese to it. Mix well forming a dough. Chivda is a crunchy savory snack that is quick and easy to make. We can also call it Spicy Crunchy Flattened Rice. You can store this in an air tight container and can have it anytime you wish like while watching TV, as tea time snack also you can serve this to your guests when they visit you.  You can store this for 3-4 weeks in an air tight container. Chivda Ingredients 2 cups think flattened rice (thin poha) 1 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp coriander seeds 3-4 green chillies 1 small cup peanuts 10-12 curry leaves 1 tsp poppy seeds 2-3 tsp roasted chana (daliya) 1 tsp turmeric powder Half tsp red chili powder Half tsp jeera powder Salt as per taste Powdered sugar as per taste 1 cup oil Recipe Roast flattened rice in a microwave for 1 minute.
