Paani Puri is the most loved street food. People of all age groups are tempted to eat Paani Puri. But these days we find some places are not good to eat and we are also not sure what kind of water and spices are they mixing in it so we these days think of our health, so making paani puri at home can be preferred right? Paani Puri is very commonly found everywhere you go in India, but these days you can find Paani puri and paani puri lovers overseas too. In different states of India paani puri is know by different names. Some know it as Puchka, some know is as Gol Gappa or Gupchup and so on. Going international today, sharing a Mexican recipe with you my foodies! I have tasted authentic Mexican food and I just love it. Tried and thought of sharing with you all. I hope you will love this recipe and will enjoy it with your family and friends. Veggie Quesadillas Ingredients 1 whole wheat tortilla 1 medium sized onion 1 medium sized tomato 1 bowl of mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 1 jalapeño 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Monterey jack cheese Salt as per taste 1 canola oil (any of your choice) Taco sauce or tabasco sauce Recipe Put a flat bottom pan over a medium flame. Add a tsp of oil and add chopped onion and chopped bell peppers. Sauté them for a min. Now add chopped tomato and jalapeño. Add salt and tabasco sauce as per your taste. Sauté till its half done. Snack Time!!! Today I'm sharing one more snacking recipe with you all. You can serve these to your friends, family for snack, tea time party, kitty parties, kids party, lunch box and so on. I hope you all enjoy this recipe with your family and friends. Bread Rolls Ingredients 8-10 bread slices 4-5 potatoes oiled and peeled off 1 medium onion finely chopped 1 tsp chili paste Half tsp mustard seeds Half tsp turmeric  powder 2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tsp chaat masala Half tsp cumin  powder Salt as per taste Water to soak bread slices 5-6 tsp semolina Oil Recipe Mash the potatoes and keep them aside.  Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a wok add mustard seeds to it. So today we I am sharing a simple recipe to make idli anytime you want. If you feel like having idli at your home so instantly you can prepare it and have. Rawa Idli is an instant recipe that you can easily make at your home without any mess.  Rawa Idli With Coriander Garlic Chutney Ingredients (Rawa Idli) 3 cups of rawa (semolina) 3 cups of curd (yogurt) or sour buttermilk 1 sachet eno (fruit salt) Water (if needed) Salt as per your taste Oil for greasing Recipe Take rawa (semolina) in a mixing bowl add yogurt or buttermilk to it. Leafy vegetables are one of the best medium to maintain health, especially spinach. Spinach is loved by most of the foodies. We can prepare variety of spinach dishes. I am surely going to share many dishes with you. For today I am sharing one of my most beloved dish with you all "Fresh Corn Spinach" I got to learn this from my aunt (maasi) Fresh Corn Spinach Ingredients Half kg of spinach (whole leaves washed) 1 cup of fresh corn kernels 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2-3 green chillies (depending upon your taste) 2 pinches of asafoetida Half tsp turmeric powder Half tsp coriander powder Half tsp cumin powder Salt as per taste 10-12 garlic cloves Oil Water Recipe Wash spinach leaves. Boil 3-4 cups of water in a pan and add spinach leaves to it. Boil the leaves for 5 mins, remove from the flame, strain the leaves and immediately pour cold water over the leaves (this will help to us retain the original color of spinach leaves) Blen
