Red Chili Chutney

Wintersssssss In winter season we get fresh red chilies in the vegetable markets. So simply get those Fresh Red Chilies from market and prepare the yummy tangy Red Chili Chutney that I am sharing with you today. You can serve this chutney with roti, jowar or bajra roti. Also you can enjoy this chutney with Mix Vegetable Pulao, Pakoras, Idli or Medu Vada. Red Chili Chutney Ingredients 15 red chilies 3-4 garlic cloves Lemon juice (Optional) Salt as per taste Recipe Wash and pat dry chilies nicely. Take the chilies, garlic in a grinding jar and grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and salt as per taste to it and grind the ingredients to a smooth paste. Take out the grounded chutney in an air tight container and keep it in refrigerator. You can store this chutney up to 2-3 weeks. You can squeeze lemon juice to chutney if you like the tangy taste.

Biscuit Canapes

Biscuit Canapes are the most easy recipe to make and sooth your hunger cravings at odd times. You can also serve these Biscuit Canapes as appetizer, tea time snack, evening snack or in a kids party. Kids will also love it. You can make the tangy Biscuit Canapes for kitty parties or simply any time you like. Biscuit Canapes Ingredients 12 salted crackers (monaco or ritz biscuits) I used Ritz Biscuits 1 boiled potato 1 onion 1 tomato 2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp chaat masala 1 small cup tomato ketchup 1 cup sev Recipe Mash the boiled potato and add red chili powder, chaat masala and salt as per your taste to it and mix well. Finely chop onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Arrange biscuits in a plate. Place mashed potato over it and garnish with finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Beetroot Salad

Beetroot Salad is one of the most easiest recipe to make and enjoy as a side dish with your lunch or dinner meals. This beetroot salad is very healthy and can be made by using very few ingredients. Kids usually don't like beetroot but if you serve it as a salad I am sure that they will love it too. Beetroot Salad Ingredients 1 large beetroot 1 small lemon 1-2 green chilies Finely chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tsp crushed peanuts 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 pinch of asafoetida 2 tsp oil Salt as per taste Recipe Grate beetroot. Finely chop green chilies Finely chop a handful of coriander leaves. Take grated beetroot in a mixing bowl and add chopped green chilies and coriander leaves to it.  Now add crushed peanuts to it and squeeze lemon juice over it. Tamatar Wangun

Dear foodies, today's recipe is one of my favorites.  Tamatar Wangun....a Kashmiri dish. We can call it Kashmiri Eggplant in Tomato Curry or simply Tamatar Baingan.  Tamatar Baingan takes less time and is very easy to cook. It is very tasty and is available throughout the year. It can be served with rice or chapati. In Kashmir this dish is mostly served with Steamed Rice. The best part of this recipe is "Simplicity", no onions, no garlic and just 3 spices and thats it!!! People who love eating eggplant will surely love this dish also people who don't like to have eggplants will also start loving it after they try this dish.
