Peanut Ladoo

Peanut Ladoo is a favorite snack for kids made up with just two ingredients Peanuts and Jaggery that tastes better than store bought candies and is healthy too. In India people keep fasting on some occasions, so these ladies are one of the best options to have on fasting day. This recipe is very simple and you can prepare this anytime you want to make.  Also you can store these ladoos in an air tight container for a week or more. Peanut Ladoo Ingredients 2 cups peanuts 1 cup jaggery Recipe Take peanuts and jaggery in a grinding jar. Grind them together to form a coarse mixture. Peas Pulao is one of my favorite and one of the simplest one pot meal. This pulao can be made quickly and also tastes delicious. Same goes with Dal Fry. Simple and yummy dish goes best with pulao, paratha, tortilla, roti, naan etc. Both the dishes are easy to make and can be eaten up for dinners when you wish to make something really quick. Peas Pulao Ingredients 2 cups basmati rice (long grain rice) Half cup peas 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves Salt as per taste 2 tsp clarified butter (ghee) 1/4th tsp turmeric powder (optional) Recipe Wash rice well and add 1 cup of water to it. Mango Banana Smoothie  Ingredients   2 mangoes  2-3 bananas 5-6 Ice cubes Sugar (if needed) 2-3 saffron strands Recipe Peel mangoes and bananas. Chop and put them in a blender.
