You can make this oil free too. But every time fermentation is not easily possible due to weather conditions. So what to do at such situation????? Today I am sharing a different style of Dosa with you all made up of  Whole Green Moong. Pesaratu....that can also be called Green Dosa, that is very light and easy to make. This is a very healthy crepe that we can make anytime which needs no fermentation at all. And if you use a non stick skillet then you won't need oil as well so completely healthy and oil free dish that you can have for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner or simply anytime to calm down your hunger cravings.
