Cheesy Fries

Fries!!!! Kids, youngsters and old age people love fries a lot.  Whenever we go out we have lot of different cuisines and fries are accompanied with it. We usually buy frozen fries from market. But today we will go through the recipe how to make fries and also lets make them Cheesy for the cheese lovers :) Cheesy Fries Ingredients 4-5 potatoes Salt as per taste 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheese of your choice) Half tsp chili flakes Half tsp oregano 4-5 cups of water Oil for frying Recipe Wash potatoes and peel them off. Cut the potatoes into long sticks. Heat water in a pan add salt as per your taste and the cut potato sticks to it. Boil the sticks till they are half cooked. Switch off the flame and strain the potato sticks and spread them on a dry cloth and keep them aside for some time. Heat oil and fry the potato fries till they turn golden in color. Biryani is one the most beloved dishes in India. Hyderabad, India is the home town for Biryani. We get to varieties of biryani there. Biryanis can be Dum Cooked, Pressure Cooked, Oven Cooked or Pan Fried. As our blog is specially for vegetarian foodies I am sharing a yummy biryani with you that is Paneer Biryani. This biryani is Dum cooked. Dum cooking you will come to know in detail when you go through the recipe. Let's start :) Paneer is also know as Cottage Cheese. Lets go International today!!! I am sharing a yummy chines recipe with you all. The dish that everybody love and quite easy to prepare and that is Chinese Fried Rice :) Chinese Fried Rice Ingredients 3 cups of boiled rice Half tsp clarified butter (ghee) Half cup chopped cabbage 1-2 onions sliced or chopped 1 capsicum sliced or chopped 1 medium sized carrot sliced or chopped 2 chilies  half inch ginger  3-4 garlic cloves 2-3 pinches black pepper powder 1 tsp red chili sauce 1 tsp green chili sauce 2-3 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp schezwan sauce Salt as per taste 2 tsp oil Recipe Take rice grains in a bowl, wash them nicely. add 2 cups of water add clarified butter to it and place the bowl in a microwave for 10 mins. After 10 mins take out the rice mix well, add little water mix again and place it in microwave for more 6 mins. Today I am sharing a one meal dish with you all, Kaanda Thalipeeth. Kaanda Thalipeeth is a traditional Maharashtrian recipe. Lots of onions and spices put together in flour to make this yummy dish. Tastes best with pickles, curd (yogurt), chutneys and sauces. One of my favorite dishes ;) You can have this dish i your breakfast, lunch or dinner.  Kaanda Thalipeeth (Onion Pancake) Ingredients 3 cups wheat flour 2-3 onions finely chopped 1 tsp red chili powder Half tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tsp carom seeds Salt to taste Oil 1-2 cups water for making dough Recipe Take wheat flour in a bowl and add onions to it. Add dry spices red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, carom seeds and salt to it. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Dear bakers!!! Today lets learn to bake a chocolate cake just in 5 mins. No pre heating, no adjusting temperatures, no more tedious job to bake a cake. Only in 5 mins you can enjoy the soft and yummy chocolate cake. Oreo Cake Ingredients 19 oreo biscuits  1-2 cups milk 2-3 pinches baking soda Sugar (if needed) 1 tsp butter 1 tsp powdered sugar Recipe Crush oreo biscuits in a blender pot, add 1 cup of milk to it and blend it to a smooth paste. Check the consistency of the oreo batter and add more milk if you feel its to thick. Grease the microwave safe bowl with butter. Add baking soda to the oreo batter. You can add sugar if you want, as the oreo biscuit cream is sweet I didn't put any sugar in the batter. Sweetness depends upon your taste. Pour the batter in the greased bowl and put the bowl in microwave for 5 mins. After 5 mins take out the bowl and insert knife in it to check if our cake is ready, if the knife comes out clean it means your cake is ready

Today I feel so proud to share the recipe that I learnt from my mother. This recipe is one of traditional recipes from my mom's side.  This recipe is healthy, one of the options to maintain diet and very tasty and spicy ;) You can have this dish for your lunch or dinner. Khaandeshi Methi (White Fenugreek) Ingredients 3 cups of finely chopped fenugreek 2 cups of pressure cooked lentils (toor dal) 5-6 green chillies (depend on your taste) 3-4 garlic cloves 1 small cup of peanuts 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp oil 2-3 cups of water Salt as per taste Recipe Roast chillies on medium flame. Tomato Carrot Beetroot Soup

Soup is the best thing to start with lunch or dinner. Even the diet freak people love to have soup to maintain their health. Soup is one of the best medium for kids to have different veggies which they generally don't like to eat with rice or rotis. So today I am sharing one of the simple soup recipes with you. I got this recipe and idea of mixing these veggies and preparing a yummy soup from my sister-in-law. Tomato Carrot & Beetroot Soup Ingredients 3 tomatoes 1 carrot 1 beetroot 1 medium sized onion 2-3 garlic cloves 3-4 pepper corns 2-3 cloves Half inch cinnamon stick 2-3 tsp butter Salt as per taste 3-4 cups water Recipe Heat a tsp of butter in a pan add cloves, pepper corns and cinnamon stick and sauté it for a minute. Then add crushed garlic, diced onions and sauté till the onions are translucent. Later add diced tomatoes, beetroot, carrot & 2 cups of water and bring it to boil till the water reduces to half.
