Instant Mango Cake
Happy Mother's Day, my dear foodies! On the occasion of Mother's Day, I am sharing a sweet and simple recipe with you all. Baking a cake is bit tedious job. But I feel it's very easy, in few simple steps we can eat fluffy, spongy, yummy cake. Let's begin.... Instant Mango Cake Ingredients 4 tbsp maida (all purpose flour) 4 tbsp powdered sugar Half tbsp baking powder 1/4 tbsp baking soda 4 tbsp Mango purée 1 tbsp oil 4 tbsp milk 2-3 drops vanilla extract Crushed nuts Recipe In a bowl take milk, oil, mango purée and vanilla extract and mix well. Now add the dry ingredients maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Mix all the ingredients well. Fold the ingredients gently. Now pour the mixture in a microwave safe bowl.
