Spinach Tikki is one of the most yummiest snack that can be made for breakfast, tea time or as evening snack. You can also serve these tikkis as appetizer to your guests when you host a party. A simple yet yummy Potato Curry recipe made from diced potatoes in tangy tomato onion gravy.  One of the most easiest and yummiest recipes. Gobhi Chana Dal is the most easiest recipe that I usually make at home and I love to have this dish with Parathas. Here for this dish we need to use Patta Gobhi which is also known as Band Gobhi or Cabbage. This dish is very simple and very less spicy and less oily made from simple ingredients found in our kitchen. This vegetable can be served with Roti, Paratha, Phulka or Naan. As I mentioned earlier that I personally love to eat this dish with Plain Parathas. Serve this vegetable hot and enjoy with your family and friends. Gobhi Chana Dal Ingredients 2 cups chopped cabbage 1 cup chana dal 1 tsp red chili powder Half tsp turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1 tsp oil 1 tsp mustard seeds Recipe Soak chana dal for 2 hours. Garlic Dal is an easy version of Dal Tadka with an amazing flavor of Garlic. This Garlic Dal is made from Tuvar Dal (Pigeon Peas) and is mildly spiced. Garlic Dal is deliciously made into nice creamy thick texture and Ghee (Clarified Butter) is added to it to give an excellent aroma to it. Serve this dal with Roti, Phulka, Paratha or Rice and enjoy. Garlic Dal Ingredients 1 cup tuvar dal (Pigeon Peas) 5-6 garlic cloves Half tsp mustard seeds Half tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp chili powder Half tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt as per taste 2 tsp ghee (Clarified Butter) Water as needed Recipe Wash dal nicely and pressure cook for 2 whistles. Bharda Wange is very yummy and spicy vegetable that goes well with Roti, Paratha, Naan, Bhakri and Steamed Rice. This dish is invented by my dad. My dad is very much fond of cooking. When it comes to spicy curried vegetables or spicy rice preparations my dad is the one who is ahead and always ready to cook these dishes. Well talking about Bharda Wange it is a yummiest preparation made using Wange means Small Eggplants and Bharda means Coarsely crushed Chana Dal. With these two ingredients goes the common spices that we find in our kitchen and you are all set to enjoy this delicious vegetable preparation.
