Earlier I have shared an authentic Mexican Burrito with you all. So today I am sharing a bit different Burrito recipe with you all. This burrito recipe is actually invented by my husband that he tried making from scratch. Later he told me to make this style of burrito and I found it amazingly tasty so thought of sharing with you all my foodie buddies. So todays recipe is Garlic Potato Burrito.  A no mess and very easy to make recipe, that can be enjoyed at anytime, can be carried in lunch box and is less spicy so even kids will love it and enjoy. Serve this style burrito to your guests when you host a party and tighten up you collar in front of them. Mushroom Tikka Masala

Mushroom Tikka Masala is a robust North Indian curry with grilled or sautéed marinated mushrooms. Mushroom Tikka Masala Ingredients For Mushroom Marinade:- 200 grams button mushrooms 5 tsp thick curd 1/4th tsp turmeric powder Half tsp garam masala Half tsp red chili powder Half tsp chaat masala 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Half tsp carom seeds Half tsp besan Salt to taste For Mushroom Tikka Masala Gravy:- 2 tomatoes 1 large onion 5-6 cashews 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 green chilies 1 tsp red chili powder Half tsp turmeric powder Half tsp cumin powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp fenugreek leaves Salt as per taste 4 tsp oil 1 cup water Recipe

Til...Sesame seeds Just a little bit of til is enough to elevate the aroma and flavor of any dish, so you can imagine just how tempting this Til Chutney would be. Made with combination of Sesame seeds, Chili, Cumin seeds and Curd. This chutney will increase the appeal of any dish it is served with to an irresistible level. Til Chutney is a very easy and very tasty chutney that goes well with Cutlets, Kebabs, Parathas or Pakoras. Til Chutney Ingredients 1 cup til (Sesame Seeds) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies 2 tsp curd Salt as per taste Water Recipe Take sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, curd, cumin seeds in a grinding jar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and season with salt and grind it again. Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve.

Khasta Kachori

Khasta Kachori is an authentic Indian delicious, spicy, fried puffed pastry. Khasta Kachori is stuffed with Moong Dal mixture and then it is deep fried. Kachori is flaky from outside and hollow from inside. These kachoris can be served with toppings of chutneys, onions, tomatoes and sev as Khasta Kachori Chaat.
