This weekend I am here with an amazing and healthy recipe made with Grilled Tofu and Crunchy veggies and crunchy crispy walnuts.....  What is Tofu????  Tofu is also know as bean curd, is a food prepared by coagulating soy milk and then pressing the resulting curds into solid blocks of varying softness; it can be silken, soft, firm or extra firm. Beetroot Salad is one of the most easiest recipe to make and enjoy as a side dish with your lunch or dinner meals. This beetroot salad is very healthy and can be made by using very few ingredients. Kids usually don't like beetroot but if you serve it as a salad I am sure that they will love it too. Beetroot Salad Ingredients 1 large beetroot 1 small lemon 1-2 green chilies Finely chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tsp crushed peanuts 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 pinch of asafoetida 2 tsp oil Salt as per taste Recipe Grate beetroot. Finely chop green chilies Finely chop a handful of coriander leaves. Take grated beetroot in a mixing bowl and add chopped green chilies and coriander leaves to it.  Now add crushed peanuts to it and squeeze lemon juice over it. Syrian Salad....loaded with yummy crunchy lemony veggies tossed in olive oil. People who wish to maintain their health and stay fit so this salad can be one of the best option to eat. Even you can have this salad as your morning breakfast. Serve the bowl of salad to your guest before meal as an appetizer too. Enjoy this easy to make salad at your home. Syrian Salad Ingredients 150 gms of lettuce 1 large tomato 2-3 green onions 1 cucumber 1 carrot 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2-3 red radish 8-10 leaves of baby spinach  Parsley 1 lemon  1-2 tsp olive oil Recipe Roughly chop lettuce, tomato and onion. Slice red radish, carrot and cucumber. Chop parsley or simply pluck leaves and keep aside. Slice bell peppers lengthwise. Take a large bowl and all the chopped veggies to it. Squeeze lemon juice over it and spread olive oil and toss the salad well. Refrigerate the salad for half an hour and serve....
