Summer its here and we need refreshing and chilled fresh juices to enjoy the sunny weather. I personally love experimenting with different fruits squeezing out their juice extracts and mix them up to enjoy sweet, sour and tangy taste. When we think of sweet and sour tangy taste Orange is a first fruit that pops in mind. So today I am sharing a yummy lemony orange drink with you all. Orange Lime Punch is a very yummy and refreshing drink that you will enjoy this summer. Enjoy this drink at anytime of the day. Kids will enjoy this too. A juicy treat to all my dear foodies. The oranges that I used were very sweet in taste so I didn't add any sugar to it. So de[ending upon the taste of oranges that you use, you can decide if you need to add sugar to it or not. Muskmelon Shake

Muskmelon or Cantaloupe is a seasonal fruit.  Most of the times we simply cut it into cubes and eat it just like that or some people like to sprinkle some sugar over it and eat it chilled. Today I am sharing a simple recipe of Muskmelon Shake, which will help you to soothe yourself and enjoy the healthy drink. Muskmelon Shake Ingredients 1 Muskmelon 1 cup milk Half cup sugar (depending upon the sweetness of the fruit) 7-8 ice cubes Half cup mixed dry fruits Recipe Cut Muskmelon into cubes. Take Muskmelon cubes in a grinding jar add half cup of milk and ice cubes to it. Blend it to a smooth paste. Shakes are thick so we don't need to add more milk. Add sugar as per your taste and blend again. Pour the mixture into tall glasses and garnish by spreading mixed dry fruits over it and serve chilled. Mango Banana Smoothie

Summer season is Mango season. Today I'm sharing a yummy mango drink with you all. I hope this drink will soothe you this summer and you will enjoy it with your family and friends. Mango Banana Smoothie  Ingredients   2 mangoes  2-3 bananas 5-6 Ice cubes Sugar (if needed) 2-3 saffron strands Recipe Peel mangoes and bananas. Chop and put them in a blender. Add ice cubes, add saffron strands. Blend them all together till you get smooth texture of the mixture. Add sugar if needed. Pour the mixture in a glass. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy Mango Banana Smoothie.

Mango Refresh

Today I am sharing one more chilled drink with you all to make you feel relax, cool and soothe yourself this summer with Mango Refresh. Mango Refresh Ingredients 2-3 cups of fresh mango pulp 1-2 tsp fresh cream Sugar (if needed) 10-12 ice cubes Milk (if required) Mixed dry fruits crushed 5-6 saffron strands Recipe Blend mango pulp, fresh cream and ice cubes all together using a grinder. Add milk if you feel the mixture is bit thick. Add sugar depending upon the sweetness of mangoes. Pour the mixture in a glass decorate with crushed dry fruits and saffron strands and served chilled.

Freezy Kokum

These days it's getting hotter and hotter. Summers are the best to experiment with variety of chilled drinks, ice creams & other cold beverages. Today I am sharing a chilled recipe with you all which will make you feel relaxed and cool in these hot summers :) Freezy Kokum Ingredients 8 table spoons of Kokum syrup (Kokum syrup is available in markets) 5-6 pinches of cumin powder 5-6 pinches of black pepper powder 1-2 pinches of salt Ice cubes or crushed ice 500ml club soda Recipe Take kokum syrup in a bowl. Add cumin powder and black pepper powder into it and mix well.  Keep glasses ready pouring ice cubes or crushed ice into them. Now add club soda to Kokum syrup mix well and pour it into the glasses & serve immediately. *Note - 500 ml of club soda makes 4 glasses of Freezy Kokum *Note - You can add chopped mint leaves to it if you like the taste of it. *Note - The quantity of kokum syrup can depend on your taste.
