After Cheesy Fries, today I am sharing a new tasty tangy recipe made with fries. I am sure everyone in your family will love this dish including kids. Fusion fries is a recipe I once tried in a restaurant. Later I tried making it at home my version of fusion fries which turned out tastier than I had in the restaurant. You can enjoy this recipe as an appetizer, tea time snack or evening snack. Fusion Fries Ingredients 1 cup potato fries 1 tsp sour cream or cream cheese 2-3 tsp spring onion greens 3 tsp corn flour 2 tsp all purpose flour (maida) 1 green bell pepper  1 cup shredded cabbage  1 cup shredded carrot 1 onion finely chopped  2 tsp soya sauce 1 tsp red chili sauce  2 tsp tomato sauce 1/4tsp sugar Salt as per taste Half cup water Oil Recipe Take half of  the vegetables cabbage, carrots, onion and 1 tsp spring onion greens in a mixing bowl. Instant Mango Cake

Happy Mother's Day, my dear foodies! On the occasion of Mother's Day, I am sharing a sweet and simple recipe with you all. Baking a cake is bit tedious job. But I feel it's very easy, in few simple steps we can eat fluffy, spongy, yummy cake. Let's begin.... Instant Mango Cake Ingredients   4 tbsp maida (all purpose flour) 4 tbsp powdered sugar Half tbsp baking  powder   1/4 tbsp baking soda 4 tbsp Mango purée  1 tbsp oil 4 tbsp milk 2-3 drops vanilla extract  Crushed nuts Recipe In a bowl take milk, oil, mango purée and vanilla extract and mix well.  Now add the dry ingredients maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.  Mix all the ingredients well. Fold the ingredients gently. Now pour the mixture in a microwave safe bowl. Garnish with crushed nut of your choice. Now microwave it for 1 minute 30 seconds.
