Cakes are delicious and the love for cake is just not limited unto kids but every age group love cakes. We find variety of cakes available in markets. We usually go to market and buy the cakes. Some people who like cooking find it bit tedious to bake cake at home. Today I am sharing a very simple recipe of Apple Cake which you can easily make at your home following w easy step and dust in 5 minutes in your microwave. No baking, pre heating and long time waiting for cake. Apple Cake Ingredients 1 large apple 1 cup all purpose flour (maida) Half cup butter (I used unsalted butter) Half cup sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda Half cup mixed dry fruits 3-4 tsp chocolate chips Recipe (Firstly we need to prepare apple sauce for the cake) Peel off the apple and grate in a bowl.  Now heat a pan and add grated apple and sugar to it. Dal Pakwan is an authentic breakfast delicacy in Sindhi homes. Visit a Sindhi family on a Sunday morning and you are likely to be greeted with the aroma of Dal Pakwan being prepared for breakfast. I remember we ordered this dish from a restaurant for our breakfast and we all loved the taste of this dish and later my mom tried making this at home, from then it is frequently prepared at our home too. We have this dish for breakfast, sometimes for lunch or dinner too. Dal Ingredients 2 cups of gram dal 4 large potatoes. 1 medium onion 1 medium tomato 5-6 green chilies 4-5 tsp mint leaves 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 2-3 tsp oil Salt as per taste Water Recipe Soak gram dal for 5-6 hours. Later pressure cook the dal for 2-3 whistles. Pressure cook potatoes. Peel off them and cut 3 potatoes into pieces. Take half cup dal and 1 remaining potato in grinding jar. Pav Bhaji is one of the most loved dish. Pav Bhaji is a fast food from Maharashtra, India, consisting thick vegetable curry served with a soft bread roll. Pav Bhaji is one of the yummiest street food. But considering hygiene we can prepare this recipe at home too and enjoy well. Pav Bhaji Ingredients 4 large potatoes 1 large or 2 medium green bell peppers 1 cup cauliflower florets Half cup green peas 1 onion finely chopped 2 tomatoes finely chopped 2-3 tsp pan bhaji masala (I used everest pav bhaji masala) 2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves Salt as per taste 3-4 tsp butter 1 tsp oil 2-3 cups water Recipe Roughly chop bell pepper and cauliflower. Take them in a vessel and add 1 cup of water and pressure cook them for 3 whistles. Let them cool down. Pressure cook potatoes for 3-4 whistles and let them cool down. Take bell pepper and cauliflower in a grinding jar. Do not throw the water of the veggies. Going the veggies to a smooth paste.

Pizza Loverssss.... I think we will find very few people who don't like pizza. But people who love pizza, for them I am sharing a Homemade Pan Pizza recipe with you all. Making pizza sauce and pizza at home is fun. Let's begin.... Homemade Pan Pizza Ingredients  (Pizza Sauce) 2 large tomatoes 1 large onion 1 large green bell pepper 4-5 black pepper corns 1 large onion chopped  1 large green bell pepper chopped Salt as per taste  2 cups water 2 tsp tomato ketchup  1 tsp butter 2 tsp oregano 1-2 tsp chili flakes Recipe Heat water in a pan. Roughly chop tomatoes, 1 onion and 1 green bell pepper and boil them together. Add pepper corns to it and boil till tomatoes and other veggies become soft. Switch off the flame and let them cool down. Now strain extra water from the veggies and blend them together to a smooth paste using a blender. Chop the remaining onion and bell pepper. Heat a tsp of butter in a pan and the chopped onion and bell pepper

Today sharing a sweet and spicy recipe, Mix Vegetable Kofta Curry. An Indian recipe which we usually find in restaurant's menu. But we can also make this dish at home and can enjoy a rich dinner with our family and friends. You can prepare this dish for your lunch, dinner or if you are hosting a party then this dish can become your first choice to impress your guests. Mix Vegetable Kofta Curry Ingredients (Kofta) 3-4 boiled potatoes 1 cup grated paneer Half cup grated carrot Half cup grated cauliflower Half tsp red chili powder Half tsp cumin powder Salt as per taste 1 cup tsp corn flour Oil for frying Recipe Peel potatoes and mash them finely in a mixing bowl. Scramble paneer and add it to the potatoes. Add carrots and cauliflower to the potatoes. Now add dry spices red chili powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, 3-4 tsp corn flour and mix well. Muskmelon or Cantaloupe is a seasonal fruit.  Most of the times we simply cut it into cubes and eat it just like that or some people like to sprinkle some sugar over it and eat it chilled. Today I am sharing a simple recipe of Muskmelon Shake, which will help you to soothe yourself and enjoy the healthy drink. Muskmelon Shake Ingredients 1 Muskmelon 1 cup milk Half cup sugar (depending upon the sweetness of the fruit) 7-8 ice cubes Half cup mixed dry fruits Recipe Cut Muskmelon into cubes. Take Muskmelon cubes in a grinding jar add half cup of milk and ice cubes to it. Blend it to a smooth paste. Shakes are thick so we don't need to add more milk. Add sugar as per your taste and blend again. Pour the mixture into tall glasses and garnish by spreading mixed dry fruits over it and serve chilled. In India we all love fried version of foods. Fried foods include lot of variety so today I am sharing one of the fried food recipe with you all. Mix Dal Pakora with Rassa (Spicy Gravy). Though it is a fried dish but we get to eat mixture of different pulses in this dish.  We can use variety of pulses and cereals in this dish. Today sharing with you my version of Mix Dal Pakora with you all. Mix Dal Pakora  Ingredients All measurements are made by a small cup 1 cup of black eyed peas 1 cup of kidney beans 1 cup gram dal 1 cup of lentils 1 cup of green gram dal 1 cup moth beans 2 green chillies 1 inch ginger 4-5 garlic cloves 2-3 onions  4-5 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tsp fennel seeds 2 tsp red chili powder (depending upon your taste) 1 tsp turmeric powder 1-2 tsp cumin powder 1-2 coriander powder 1 tsp chaat masala Salt as per taste Oil for frying Recipe Soak all the dals for 6-7 hours.
