Peanuts....this winter lets stay healthy including peanuts in our meal. We usually use peanut oil for cooking our meals. But these days we find variety of oils in market and we try to use those oils and change our taste. Including peanuts to your meal is very nice for our health. I am sharing a yummy and delicious, spicy and tangy Peanut Chutney with you all. This Peanut Chutney tastes best with Idli, Paratha, Pakoras or Thalipeeth (Maharashtrian Dish) Enjoy making this delicious and very simple chutney at home and enjoy various dishes that goes well with it. Peanut Chutney Ingredients 1 cup peanuts 3-4 green chilies 1 handful of coriander leaves 1 tsp cumin seeds 2-3 tsp yogurt Salt as per taste Water as needed Recipe Grind all the ingredients peanuts, chilies, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, yogurt, salt and little water all together to a smooth paste. Dosa is an authentic South Indian recipe that we find easily in every South Indian home. This is a crunchy crepe made up of Rice and Black lentils. But this is a commonly prepared dosa. Today I am sharing a different style of Dosa with you all made up of  Whole Green Moong. Pesaratu....that can also be called Green Dosa, that is very light and easy to make. This is a very healthy crepe that we can make anytime which needs no fermentation at all. And if you use a non stick skillet then you won't need oil as well so completely healthy and oil free dish that you can have for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner or simply anytime to calm down your hunger cravings. Dear foodies today I am sharing an amazingly tasty, tangy, yummy and very easy to make Dip loaded with crunchy veggies with you all. You can have this Dip with Tortilla chips, Wafers or also with hot Cheesy Pakoras. This dip is loaded with crunchy veggies and can be prepared in just few minutes. You can keep this dip ready and keep to in the refrigerator before serving. It tastes best when its chilled. This dip can is one of the best appetizer that you can serve in your party to adults as well as kids. Even kids will love it as it is not at all spicy. Mayo Dip Ingredients 2 cups mayonnaise 1 small onion 1 green bell pepper 1 yellow bell pepper 1 red bell pepper 2 green chilies 1 tsp black pepper Recipe Finely chop onion, all the bell peppers and green chilies. Today I am sharing a yummy crunchy Burger recipe with you all, which includes a recipe of Burger Patty too. Burger Patty plays a very important roll when it comes to having a burger. So we can simply make this Veggie Patty at our home and make the veggie burger and enjoy. Veggie Burger Ingredients For Veggie Patty - 4 large potatoes 1 medium sized carrot Half cup boiled green peas Half cup boiled french beans 2 green chilies 3-4 tsp corn flour 1 cup bread crumbs Salt as per taste Oil for frying For Assembling Burger - 2 burger buns 1 tomato 1 onion 1 cucumber 1 cup roughly chopped lettuce leaves Half cup mayonnaise  3-4 cheese slice or 2 grated cheese cubes Potato waf
