Veggie Quesadillas And Guacamole
Going international today, sharing a Mexican recipe with you my foodies! I have tasted authentic Mexican food and I just love it. Tried and thought of sharing with you all. Veggie Quesadillas Ingredients 1 whole wheat tortilla 1 medium sized onion 1 medium sized tomato 1 bowl of mixed bell peppers (red, yellow, green) 1 jalapeño 1 cup grated cheddar cheese Monterey jack cheese Salt as per taste 1 canola oil (any of your choice) Taco sauce or tabasco sauce Recipe Put a flat bottom pan over a medium flame. Add a tsp of oil and add chopped onion and chopped bell peppers. Sauté them for a min. Now add chopped tomato and jalapeño. Add salt and tabasco sauce as per your taste. Sauté till its half done.
