We all are very well acquainted with Chinese Gold Coin. Today I am sharing a yummy crispy and healthy Moong Gold Coin recipe with you all. These shallow fried Moong Gold Coins is my mom's recipe, she tried making 2-3 coins initially and asked us to taste and they were so yummy that later on she started making these for us and even I learnt it from her. Being shallow fried it need very little oil and also moong is good for health so we get high proteins from it too. Also moong is relatively easy to digest. You can serve these Moong Gold Coins as appetizers before any party you are hosting, also they can become a yummy tea time snack as well. Moong Gold Coin Ingredients 1 cup moong dal 1 tsp red chili powder  Half tsp turmeric powder  1 tsp cumin powder Salt as per taste  1 cup water Oil for shallow frying  Recipe Take the moong dal in a grinding jar and grind it into coarse powder. Aate Ka Halwa

Aate Ka Halwa is a traditional Indian sweet dessert. This is a very easy to make dessert using just 4 main ingredients. A quick and easy to make sweet dish. This dish is deliciously aromatic that will melt in your mouth. This tastes best when served hot, however you can serve it cool as well. This halwa is really easy to make and is generally kids favorite.  Aate Ka Halwa Ingredients 1 cup whole wheat flour Half cup clarified butter (ghee) 2-3 cups of milk 1 cup sugar Recipe Heat clarified butter (ghee) in pan or wok. Add whole wheat flour to it and mix well. Keep stirring continuously till the color of the flour changes and it turns aromatic. Now add milk to it and mix well. As you start adding milk to it flour starts absorbing it. Stir nicely that there should not be any lump in it.  Now add sugar to it and mix well.
