We all love chivda. There are various types of Chivdas that we get in market. Today the recipe I am sharing is an instant chivda recipe which is very easy and quick to make and fulfill your odd time hunger cravings. This is an instant chivda you can make and have as an evening snack or even for breakfast like I do ;) This Instant Chivda is my most favorite snack and thats the reason I am sharing it with you all. This is commonly known as Kachcha Chivda. Instant Chivda Ingredients 2 cups puffed rice 1 cup flattened rice (thin poha/paper poha) Half cup peanuts Half cup daliya Half cup roasted chana 1 onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped Half cup coriander leaves finely chopped 2-3 green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp red chili powder 2-3 tsp oil Salt as per taste Recipe Roast thin poha in microwave for 1 minute. Spinach Cheese Balls

Spinach Cheese Balls is a quick snack made with basic ingredients available at home. These spinach cheese balls are very easy to make and can be enjoyed as tea time evening snack, appetizer before lunch or dinner. This recipe being filled with cheese so the kids will love this dish too. Spinach Cheese Balls Ingredients Half cup spinach puree Salt as per taste 1 cup bread crumbs Half cup semolina (rawa/sooji) 1-2 tsp corn flour 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese (room temperature) 1 tsp chili flakes 1 tsp oregano Oil for frying Half cup semolina (for coating balls) Recipe Take bread crumbs in a mixing bowl add sooji and corn flour to it and mix well. Add salt as per taste and add spinach puree to it. Mix well and form a dough of it. If you feel the mixture is too soft you can add some bread crumbs of semolina for binding. Take mozzarella cheese in another mixing bowl and add chili flakes and oregano to it and mix well. Make small balls of the cheese mix

Fruit Custard

Fruit Custard makes an amazing dessert recipe after meals. The thick creamy custard is loved by everyone whether kids, middle aged group, youngsters or elders. A very easy to make dish that you can prepare anytime when you are free and keep it refrigerated and serve chilled whenever you wish to have it. This can be made in bulk very easily without any extra effort. Fruit Custard Ingredients 2 apples 4 bananas 2 mangoes 1 cup chopped grapes 1 cup pomegranate  2 chikoos 5-6 cherries or strawberries (for garnishing) Saffron strands (for garnishing) Milk (I took 6 glasses of milk) 4 tsp vanilla custard powder 2 cups sugar Recipe Boil milk over a medium flame. Add sugar as per your taste to it. Keep stirring.  Mix custard powder in little milk forming a paste. Add custard powder paste to the boiling milk.  Keep stirring continuously. You will get a nice thick mixture of milk and custard. Switch of the flame and let it cool down to the room temperature.
