Baking a cake is bit tedious job. But I feel it's very easy, in few simple steps we can eat fluffy, spongy, yummy cake.

Instant Mango Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
- Half tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tbsp baking soda
- 4 tbsp Mango purée
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2-3 drops vanilla extract
- Crushed nuts
Recipe
In a bowl take milk, oil, mango purée and vanilla extract and mix well.
Now add the dry ingredients maida, sugar, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all the ingredients well. Fold the ingredients gently.
Now pour the mixture in a microwave safe bowl. Garnish with crushed nut of your choice.
Now microwave it for 1 minute 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and insert knife or toothpick into it to check if the cake is nicely cooked. If you feel that the mixture is still wet or cake is not cooked nicely, microwave it again for 20-30 seconds. Cake is ready!
