Chocolate Brownie

We all love brownie... Especially the chocolate lover's first preference is brownie when it comes to a dessert.
But many of us feel making brownie at home is a tedious job. But actually its not.
By following very easy and simple steps we can make yummy fluffy spongy brownie at our home and can enjoy with our family and friends.
We can make walnut brownie, raisin brownie, cashew brownie.... any nut of your choice or also we can add cherries to it to give a nice natural fruit flavor to our brownie.
Today I am sharing a simple and quick recipe of brownie that can be cooked in a microwave in just 5-7 minutes time. So no baking and grilling or any more tedious job to prepare your favorite brownie at home.



Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
  • 2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp soda-bi-carb
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Half cup crushed dry fruit of your choice

Recipe

Sieve together all purpose flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and soda-bi-carb.

Mix butter, curd and milk till smooth. Mix the all purpose flour mixture in the butter mix and add vanilla essence. Blend it with a hand mixer or with the help of spoon for 3 minutes till smooth.

Grease a microwave safe dish with butter and sprinkle some all purpose flour over it. Pour the batter and add nuts over it.

Microwave on high (100% heat) for 5 minutes initially. Check if the brownie is cooked or not by inserting knife or toothpick in it. If the knife or toothpick doesn't come out clean then microwave it for 2-3 minutes more.






*Note - You can adjust the quantity of sugar depending upon your taste.
*Note - You can serve it with chocolate sauce or vanilla ice cream.
