Zunka

Zunka is an authentic Maharashtrian cuisine.
This dish is actually originated from Maharashtrian Villages. A most loved and regular food that our Indian Farmers love to eat after their hard work.
This Zunka is really easy to make and a most delicious dish that can be made using Gram Flour and  onions with some simple spices that we easily find in our kitchen.
Zunka is a dry version of Maharashtrian Pithla that I have shared earlier.
This Zunka goes best with Bhakri (Jowar or Bajra Roti). These two items goes best together and always paired together as Zunka Bhakar.
People who have never tasted it must try this and I am very sure that you all will love to have it more often.
