  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 onion
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • 1 potato
  • Salt as per taste
  • 3-4 cups of water
  • Oil for greasing

Recipe

Finely chop chilies, onion and coriander leaves.
Grate potato.

Take rawa in a mixing bowl and add chopped onions, coriander leaves and chilies to it. Also add grated potato to it.

Mix all the ingredients well. Now start adding little water to it and keep mixing. Make the batter of pouring consistency. Add salt as per your taste to the batter and mix well.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a skillet and grease it with little oil. Pour a ladle full of batter over it and spread evenly. Let it cook for a minute and grease the upper side of dosa with little oil and gently flip it to the other side.
Cook the dosa from both the sides till you get a nice golden color and a crispy crust on both the sides.

Make other dosas by following the same procedure and serve yummy crispy dosas.
