Syrian Salad

Even you can have this salad as your morning breakfast.

Syrian Salad
Ingredients
  • 150 gms of lettuce
  • 1 large tomato
  • 2-3 green onions
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2-3 red radish
  • 8-10 leaves of baby spinach 
  • Parsley
  • 1 lemon 
  • 1-2 tsp olive oil

Recipe

Roughly chop lettuce, tomato and onion.

Slice red radish, carrot and cucumber.

Chop parsley or simply pluck leaves and keep aside.

Slice bell peppers lengthwise.

Take a large bowl and all the chopped veggies to it. Squeeze lemon juice over it and spread olive oil and toss the salad well.

Refrigerate the salad for half an hour and serve.
