Tortilla Pinwheels

Tortilla Pinwheels
Ingredients
- 2 tortillas
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 medium sized onion
- 1 jalapeƱo
- 1 carrot
- 5 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp siracha sauce
- Half tsp olive oil
- Few pinches lack pepper powder
Recipe
Finely chop all the veggies.
Take mayonnaise, olive oil, siracha sauce and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients well.
Now add finely chopped veggies to it and mix well.
Now take one tortilla in a plate. Spread the ready veggie mayo stuffing over the tortilla. Roll the tortillas tightly twisting the ends of it.
Follow the same procedure for the remaining tortillas.
Now cut them into half inch discs (pinwheels).
Refrigerate them for an hour and serve.
*Note - You can also refrigerate them without cutting and cut before serving.
