Macaroni
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Macaroni
  • 1 medium sized bell pepper
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 cup grated cheese or cheese spread
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 small cup milk
  • 1-2 tsp all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Recipe

Boil Macaroni as per packet instructions.

While your Macaroni is boiling, chop bell pepper and onions into cubes or also you can chop them finely.
Mix all purpose flour and milk and make a paste of it.

Roughly chop tomatoes and grind them into smooth paste in a grinding jar.

After the Macaroni is boiled and nicely cooked, drain it and spread a tsp of olive oil over it so it doesn't become soggy.

Heat butter in a wok or pan and add chopped onions to it. Sauté them for 2 minutes and add chopped bell peppers to it and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes more.

Now add freshly grounded tomato paste to it and let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Now add all-purpose flour and milk paste to it and mix well. Add grated cheese to it and mix well.
The mixture will start thickening, now add black pepper powder to it and mix well.

If you feel the mixture is too thick you can add little water or milk to it.

Add boiled macaroni and salt and sugar as per taste and mix well.

Serve immediately.

*Note - If you are using cheese spread then you don't need to add all purpose flour and milk paste to the pasta. Simply add the cheese spread and enjoy the tangy creamy Macaroni.
