Wai Wai Sandeko

Wai Wai Sandeko is very easy to make. It is an authentic Nepali dish. During informal gatherings this can be one of the best varieties.
Wai Wai noodles have always been something of mystery. These noodles can be used in soup, can be eaten up like instant noodles and Wai Wai Sandeko is very unique recipe that I got to taste in a Nepali Restaurant here in Canada.
It is an instant Nepali Chaat.
Every Nepali student who went to School/College in Nepal knows what this recipe is. It is mainly popular within Nepali students for overnight studies. This is Chatpata and extremely easy to prepare.
Give this dish a try and I am 10000% sure you all will love it the most.


Wai Wai Sandeko
Ingredients
  • 2 packs of Wai Wai noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 green chilies
  • A handful of coriander leaves
  • Half lemon juice

Recipe

Take Wai Wai Noodles packs.
Cut them and take out the Taste Maker, Oil pack and red chili powder packs out of it.

Crush the noodles nicely.

Finely chop onion, tomato, green chilies and coriander leaves.

Take crushed noodles, onions, tomatoes, chilies and coriander leaves in a mixing bowl. Add the taste maker, oil and red chili powder (That you took out of Wai Wai Noodle pack) to it. Squeeze lemon juice over it. Toss all the ingredients well and serve immediately.
