Instant Chivda

We all love chivda. There are various types of Chivdas that we get in market. Today the recipe I am sharing is an instant chivda recipe which is very easy and quick to make and fulfill your odd time hunger cravings.
This is an instant chivda you can make and have as an evening snack or even for breakfast like I do ;)
This Instant Chivda is my most favorite snack and thats the reason I am sharing it with you all. This is commonly known as Kachcha Chivda.


Instant Chivda
Ingredients
  • 2 cups puffed rice
  • 1 cup flattened rice (thin poha/paper poha)
  • Half cup peanuts
  • Half cup daliya
  • Half cup roasted chana
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • Half cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2-3 tsp oil
  • Salt as per taste


Recipe

Roast thin poha in microwave for 1 minute.

Take a large mixing bowl and add puffed rice, flattened rice (poha) in it. Mix well. Now add peanuts, daliya and roasted chana to it also add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, chilies and coriander leaves to it. Add red chili powder salt as per taste and oil to it. Toss all together well.
You can also add 1-2 tsp of lemon juice or finely chopped raw green mango to chivda for adding tangy taste to it.
Mix all the ingredients well and serve immediately.












*Note - Quantity of red chili powder and green chillies depends upon your taste.

*Note - You can sprinkle some aaloo bhujiya over it if you like.
