If you feel the mixture is too soft you can add some bread crumbs of semolina for binding.

Take mozzarella cheese in another mixing bowl and add chili flakes and oregano to it and mix well.
Make small balls of the cheese mixture.

Now apply little oil to your palm and take a small part of spinach mixture and make a disc over your palm. Put the cheese ball in the center and close all the sides of spinach disc. Gently roll the ball. Make all the remaining balls following the same step.

Take semolina in a small plate and coat all the spinach balls from all the sides.

Heat oil in a wok or pan and slowly dip the balls in the oil for frying. Fry the balls till they are golden brown in color and become crispy.
Serve hot with ketchup.

*Note - Quantity of chili flakes depends upon your taste.

*Note - As the cheese contains salt in it so we don't need to add extra salt in cheese stuffing.
