Penne Pasta Salad

Penne Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 pack of penne pasta
  • 1 large tomato
  • Half onion
  • 3-4 spring onions
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp mayonnaise
  • Half tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Recipe

Boil pasta as per the instructions of package. Drain the boiled pasta and pour cold water over it and let the boiled pasta to cool down.

While the pasta is boiling chop onion, tomato, bell pepper, spring onions and parsley.

Salad Dressing :-

Take mayonnaise in a bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper to it. Grate garlic into it. Mix it well and keep it aside.

Mixing Salad :-

Take the boiled pasta in a large mixing bowl. Add chopped veggies to it. Toss them all together nicely. Now add the dressing to it and toss again.

Serve chilled.



*Note - You can add different veggies that you like.
*Note - You can add white pepper instead of black pepper.
*Note - You can use red, green, orange or yellow bell pepper to make your salad more colorful.
