Chinese Fried Rice

I am sharing a yummy chines recipe with you all. The dish that everybody love and quite easy to prepare and that is Chinese Fried Rice :)

Chinese Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 3 cups of boiled rice
  • Half tsp clarified butter (ghee)
  • Half cup chopped cabbage
  • 1-2 onions sliced or chopped
  • 1 capsicum sliced or chopped
  • 1 medium sized carrot sliced or chopped
  • 2 chilies 
  • half inch ginger 
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 2-3 pinches black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp red chili sauce
  • 1 tsp green chili sauce
  • 2-3 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp schezwan sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp oil
Recipe

Take rice grains in a bowl, wash them nicely. add 2 cups of water add clarified butter to it and place the bowl in a microwave for 10 mins. After 10 mins take out the rice mix well, add little water mix again and place it in microwave for more 6 mins. After the rice is ready take it out for the bowl and spread it in a plate & keep it aside.


Chop all the vegetables or you can slice them according to your choice.


Heat oil in a wok and add onions to it and sauté for a min, then add ginger and garlic and mix well. Keep stirring for a min. Now add the remaining veggies and mix well. Keep stirring the veggies for a min on high flame. 
Now simmer the flame and add red chili sauce, green chili sauce, schezwan sauce and soya sauce. Mix well. Now add the cooked rice and salt as per your taste. Mix well on a medium flame. 
Yummy Chinese Fried Rice is ready to serve.

                         


*Note - Quantity of sauces can depend upon your taste and quantity of rice you are making.
*Note - You can use dark or light soya sauce as per your choice.
*Note - I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil for cooking, you can use the normal vegetable oil too.
*Note - Use Spring Onions for garnishing also you can add some to the veggies while mixing.
