Today we are going to learn how to make BESAN LADOO?
Besan Ladoo is one of the most famous and popular ladoos often made during festive occasions. Besan Ladoo is easy and a healthy sweet.
Using just 3 ingredients we can make these yummilicious and amazingly tasty ladoos at home.
These Ladoos are very tasty and will melt in your mouth and you will enjoy the aromatic and heavenly taste of these ladoos.

Besan Ladoo
Ingredients
  • 2 cups besan (Gram Flour)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup ghee (Clarified Butter)
  • Dry fruits (Your choice)

Recipe

Warm 6-7 tsp oil in a pan on medium heat and add gram flour to it and mix well.

Roast gram flour till it turns golden and it starts giving a nutty fragrance. You will see the gram flour will start browning but be careful not to burn it.

Roast for some more time and you will see the ghee releasing out of besan.

Once you get a strong nutty fragrance switch off the heat and remove the besan mixture to another bowl or plate to cool.

After the mixture is cooled down then add powdered sugar and dry fruits to it as per your taste.

Make small medium sized balls out of it.

You can store these Ladoos in an air tight container for 3-4 weeks.
