Masala Bhat or Masale Bhat is a spiced rice and veggie one pot meal. This is one of my favorite rice dishes. It is a Maharashtrian rice dish cooked with assorted vegetables and can be served as it is or with any pickle of your choice or Maharashtrian style Kadhi. I personally love to enjoy this rice with Kadhi. Masala Bhat is a popular Marathi cuisine with the mixture of spices. You can carry this in your lunch box as well. It can be considered as complete meal without any side dish to it. However these days it is often served as a rice dish in a thali or in a proper full course meal with other curries and rotis. Til Chutney

Til...Sesame seeds Just a little bit of til is enough to elevate the aroma and flavor of any dish, so you can imagine just how tempting this Til Chutney would be. Made with combination of Sesame seeds, Chili, Cumin seeds and Curd. This chutney will increase the appeal of any dish it is served with to an irresistible level. Til Chutney is a very easy and very tasty chutney that goes well with Cutlets, Kebabs, Parathas or Pakoras. Til Chutney Ingredients 1 cup til (Sesame Seeds) 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp coriander leaves 3-4 green chilies 2 tsp curd Salt as per taste Water Recipe Take sesame seeds, coriander leaves, green chilies, curd, cumin seeds in a grinding jar. Grind them to a smooth paste. Add little water and season with salt and grind it again. Take out the chutney in a bowl and serve.

Khasta Kachori is an authentic Indian delicious, spicy, fried puffed pastry. Khasta Kachori is stuffed with Moong Dal mixture and then it is deep fried. Almond Milk or Badam Doodh is a sweet beverage drink from the Mughlai Cuisine. This is really delicious drink. This Almond Milk can be had hot or cold. In winters you can have it hot and in summers you can have it chilled. A healthy, tasty and nutritious almond flavored beverage drink prepared with full cream milk and almonds. This energy drink can also be served to young kids and expecting pregnant mothers apart from all age groups. There are several brands who do offer instant badam mix powder which has to be just mixed with boiling milk. While it certainly a time saver, but we need to be cautious about these products.
