Spaghetti


Spaghetti is an amazingly tasty and yummy Italian cuisine. Tangy cheesy Spaghetti can be made and enjoyed at home with family and friends on weekends. We can cook this at home following simple steps.
Not at all a tedious job. Even kids love this dish. Tangy tomatoes and yummy cheese makes spaghetti very tasty, and sprinkle olive oil over it to enhance taste and enjoy.


Spaghetti
Ingredients
  • 200 gms of Spaghetti
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 green chili
  • 1 small green bell pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • Half cup grated cheese or 2 cheese cubes
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes
  • Half tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp finely chopped parsley
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil or unsalted butter

Recipe

Chop green bell pepper and onion and keep it aside.

Grind tomatoes garlic and chili in a grinder to a smooth paste.

Start boiling spaghetti as per the instructions mentioned on the packet.

In another pan heat olive oil or butter and add chopped onions and bell peppers. Once the onions and peppers are half cooked add black pepper powder to it and mix well.

Now add grounded tomato paste and cook well till the raw smell is gone and the paste becomes little thick. Now add half of the cheese to the paste and mix well.

Now add the boiled spaghetti to the tomato paste and cheese mixture. Add chili flakes and salt as per taste and mix well.

Serve hot. While serving garnish the spaghetti with little cheese and finely chopped parsley.
