Besan Chila is one of the easiest recipe to make for breakfast or as an evening snack. This can also be one of the best and healthy options to serve it to your kids. You can take these Chilas in your lunch box too. Rasam Rice is one of my favorite South Indian cuisine. Rasam means juice in Tamil or Telgu. It can mean any juice, but in South Indian cuisine Rasam is a thin soup made with tamarind, tomatoes and some spices. It is good to have when its a cold weather.  Rasam can be refrigerated and stored for 2-3 days.  The recipe I am sharing is without Rasam Powder. We usually get Rasam powders readily available in markets but if you don't have powder available at your home so you can make it easily by following the recipe I am sharing with you all. Potato Croquets is one of the easiest recipes to make when you have kids around, also as an evening snack or also you can serve it as an appetizer before lunch or dinners to your guests.  This can be one of the best options to have at pool parties.  It takes just a little effort to make these yummy Potato Croquets. Potato Croquets Ingredients 3-4 boiled potatoes Half cup carrot shredded Half cup boiled peas 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 cup bread crumbs or semolina 1 tsp green chili paste Half cup mozzarella or processed cheese 1 tsp black pepper powder Salt as per taste Oil for frying Recipe Take potatoes, shredded carrot and boiled peas in a mixing bowl and mash them nicely mixing together. Chivda is a crunchy savory snack that is quick and easy to make. We can also call it Spicy Crunchy Flattened Rice. You can store this in an air tight container and can have it anytime you wish like while watching TV, as tea time snack also you can serve this to your guests when they visit you.  You can store this for 3-4 weeks in an air tight container. Paratha is a flat bread that originated in Indian Subcontinent. Parathas are often made for breakfast, lunch, dinner or tiffin boxes. Parathas are made of different varieties like plain paratha, stuffed or spiced paratha and many more. I usually make parathas when we have a rich gravy dish for dinner. Sometimes we like having parathas with pickle or chutneys of different types. Parathas go well with and dry or gravy vegetable, pickle, chutney or you can have it with butter or ghee. Today I am sharing a simple recipe of Spiced Paratha or we can also name it as Spicy Paratha. The perfect combination of spiciness and creaminess of its gravy makes it simply irresistible and versatile to be served with any Indian bread. Peanut Ladoo is a favorite snack for kids made up with just two ingredients Peanuts and Jaggery that tastes better than store bought candies and is healthy too. In India people keep fasting on some occasions, so these ladies are one of the best options to have on fasting day. This recipe is very simple and you can prepare this anytime you want to make.  Also you can store these ladoos in an air tight container for a week or more. Peanut Ladoo Ingredients 2 cups peanuts 1 cup jaggery Recipe Take peanuts and jaggery in a grinding jar. Grind them together to form a coarse mixture.
