Nachos

Classic Tex-Mex Nachos recipe for you all.
Nachos...Corn Tortilla Chips served with delicious garnish of refried beans, crunchy veggies, salsa and lots of cheese.
Nachos make a satisfying snack or light meal. This can also be served as an appetizer before dinner. Ladies you can serve this dish when you host a kitty party. Also kids love Nachos a lot.
These nachos can be a nice filling when you are hungry.


Nachos
Ingredients
  • Nachos (Corn Tortilla Chips)
  • 1 cup pinto bean stuffing (Recipe shared earlier in Taco and Burrito Recipes)
  • 1 cup salsa (Recipe shared earlier in Taco and Burrito Recipes)
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce 
  • 1 small carrot finely chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese (I used Montery Jack Cheese)
  • 2 tsp sour cream

Recipes

Arrange Nachos in a plate. Top them with pinto bean stuffing. Garnish it with finely chopped onions, carrots and lettuce. Spread salsa over it and top it with grated cheese. Finally top it with sour cream and serve immediately.
