Apple Almond Smoothie

We all know that "An Apple A Day, Keeps The Doctor Away!"
So keeping this in mind I thought of trying something with Apples. I have lot of Apples in my refrigerator and last week I got Almonds and Golden Raisins from market.
So today sharing a very easy and healthy and most importantly Sugar Free smoothie recipe with you all.
You can start your day with this healthy smoothie or you can have it in evening or I would say simply anytime.
It is very easy and quick to make smoothie using few ingredients.



Apple Almond Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 2 apples
  • 8 almonds
  • 1 small cup golden raisins
  • Half cup milk
  • 3 tsp honey


Recipe

Roughly chop apples.

Take apples, raisins, almonds, milk and honey in a grinding jar. Grind all the ingredients smooth.

Serve this smoothie in a tall glass.




*Note - If the apples that you are using are not sweet the adjust quantity of honey to it or you can also add sugar to adjust sweetness.
